CLASS OVERVIEW

Keep moving. Stay sharp and in control.

No Gi is faster and more dynamic, so the focus shifts to movement, timing, and adaptability. Without grips, you learn to control positions through body awareness and positioning. I encourage students to stay relaxed and fluid, learning how to transition smoothly and make good decisions under pressure.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY

“No Gi is definitely faster paced, but in a good way. It’s helped my movement and reactions a lot. The sessions are well run and still really technical, even though it feels more dynamic than Gi.”

What to bring

For No Gi classes, wear a rashguard and shorts or spats, and bring a bottle of water. Avoid anything with zips or pockets.
